Scholarship Prep Community Celebrates Fall with Annual Literature Day, Trunk or Treat, and Festival Events

From dressing up as characters from our favorite books, decorating trunks with spooky themes, and welcoming our families on campus for Fall Fest, our Scholarship Prep community across each campus really got into the spirit of our October events!

Literature Day and costume dress-up are some of our favorite ways to celebrate fall here at Scholarship Prep! Students and staff began the morning with character-inspired costume parades. After that, it was time for the Trunk or Treat event, where our family and staff members' creativity was on display. We extended the fun after school with an on-campus fall festival, led by School Counselor Audrey Arias, featuring games, face painting, food, and information tables featuring community partners.

These community-building events were made possible with the help of our fantastic family volunteers and staff, who donated candy and items for class parties, decorated their vehicles, or helped with set-up. In addition, we were thrilled to see our families connect with various community partners, such as OC Social Services, Working Wardrobe, Latino Health Access, Young Life mentoring groups, and UCI's GRIT program. Our appreciation also extends to student volunteers from Scholarship Prep and Legacy Prep who put in a tremendous effort to make this event a huge success.

We're so grateful to our SP community, who worked together to make this an unforgettable October!
