TK-8th GRADE PRINCIPAL
Dr. Nicholas Sessions
Dr. Sessions has led academic growth and achievement as an education leader across three charter school organizations, with a career in public education that spans 16 years.
He is entering his second year at Scholarship Prep as the Principal of our Orange County TK-8 (17th St. and Grand Ave) campuses after serving as the Principal at Scholarship Prep Oceanside last year.
A dedicated father, Dr. Sessions enjoys playing outside with his children, coaching his son’s soccer team, and watching princess movies on repeat.

Scholarship Prep Orange County closed out the first semester with a standing room only Performing Arts Winter Showcase on the 17th Street Santa Ana campus. The evening celebrated Scholars’ first semester exploring dance, cheer, and music through electives and after-school programs.

The annual Winter Wellness event welcomed current and prospective families for a morning built around connection, care, and joy. From hands-on craft activities to food, music, and performances by our student dance and cheer teams, the campus became a space where families and staff could celebrate the season and enjoy time together as our first semester comes to a close.

This programming was an extension of Scholarship Prep’s after-school program, offering students a safe, familiar place to eat nutritious meals, learn, play, and stay connected while school was not in session. Activities included hands-on learning, games, and enrichment led by adults students already knew and trusted.

The space has been transformed into a Science and Engineering Exploration Center designed to ignite curiosity, imagination, and a love of reading for our TK through 3rd-grade Scholars.
